In honor of Valentine’s Day this weekend, I am going to post some weddings.  What’s that you say? You, Jennifer, are going to blog?  Yes, I am the absolute worst at blogging my work!  I had so many gorgeous weddings last year so I thought I would try to get my act together and share a few of them this week…it seems appropriate and long overdue.

I have a shared a few of my favorites from Jessica and Tyler’s wedding on Facebook and Instagram, but here are more images for you to see just how lovely everything was.  This was a crazy rainy day (which you can only see in a few images), but Amy & Stefanie of Alchemy Styled pulled it off even in the downpour.  I actual think the rain delay made everyone at the wedding even more excited and happy for the couple.  Everyone was rooting for sunshine and Jess & Tyler.

This is the third session in this little guy’s first year series.  He’s sitting up!  This time was made even more special by having both of his grandmas in on the action.  This has been a hard year for this family and I am so honored to be welcomed into their home to photograph them and those they love.

I would recommend that at some point in the first year or really any of your family sessions, that you include the grandparents.  It makes them feel special and will capture the overflowing love that they have for their grand kids.  What a special gift to give to your kids to know how much they were loved by the whole family!

This shoot was just in time for school!  Early this summer, I teamed up with designer Elizabeth Bourgeois from Team Chipmunk and stylist Amy Beiser from Alchemy Styled along with these adorable kiddos to show off some back to school looks.  It was so much fun!
